Mind Align Child Therapy Training (MACTT)
The “Happier” Training Program for Professionals – The Mind Align Child Therapy Training Program (MACTT) is a course specifically designed for professionals already in mental health care, to work with children more effectively in their therapy rooms. When the program is used with children with mild to moderate stress and anxiety, it can improve confidence, and build self-esteem and resilience.
Who is this course for?
The course’s objectives are to provide child professionals (child therapists, school learning mentors, pastoral care, etc) with a powerful six-session therapy program that instills behavioral change and empowerment in the children.
What is in this course?
The course is jam-packed with many tools, techniques, strategies, and coaching methods from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, (similar to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Visual Rehearsal, Mindfulness, and Breathwork that can be applied easily to the child therapy context and can even go beyond six sessions.
How is this course delivered?
The course has eight modules full of interesting content with easy-to-apply techniques and strategies. It is two days of face-to-face learning in a small, comfortable group environment. Groups are never larger than 10-15 people at a time so that delegates can build and foster good friendships with each other, practice the techniques easily, ask questions without feeling overwhelmed, and create a sense of good team spirit and fun learning with the content.
